What we publish, and what we take down
This is educational, not medical advice.
Nothing on Kaya5 is a diagnosis, a prescription or a substitute for professional care. If something is urgent, or getting worse, see a doctor. If it is an emergency, call your local emergency number — do not wait for an answer here.
How review works
Every guide is reviewed by qualified Ayurvedic practitioners (BAMS) in our network before it is published, and revisited as guidance evolves.
Community answers are written by practitioners in our network and are moderated. A question that needs a doctor gets told so, rather than answered.
What we will not publish
- Claims that something cures, treats or prevents a disease. Traditional use is describable; an outcome is not — and for Ayurvedic products in India that is a legal line, not a stylistic one.
- Dosages or protocols presented as a substitute for a consultation.
- Anything that identifies a person’s health without their consent, including in a question someone asks about somebody else.
- Advertising dressed as an answer.
Report something
If you have seen any of the above — or anything else that looks wrong — tell us. Include a link if you have one.
It goes to a person, not a queue nobody reads. If it is about a correction to a guide, say which guide — we publish corrections rather than quietly editing.
